Children 6pm
This is a class where we emphasize exercise and working on learning the techniques for each belt level. The children may attend any or all of the three classes offered each week.
Adults 7pm
This is a regular class that beginners may attend but it is structured for the middle level kyu (non black belt) level. We will practice concepts from all levels.
