You may watch a class or even try a free class to see what it feels like. At first, you may wear loose fitting exercise clothes (no shorts). The instructor will introduce you to the class and pair you up with an experienced student that will help guide you through your first class. After class, you will be given some introductory material for you to read to update you on the Aikido program along with its policies and benefits.
